In 2003, she joined the firm Estudio Legal Foro de Europa, where she has developed her career to the present day. Since 2006, she has held the position of Director of the Civil and Commercial Department of this firm, providing comprehensive legal counsel to both corporations and individuals in complex transactions and disputes. Her professional practice encompasses technical defense in civil and commercial proceedings, including insolvency management and pre-bankruptcy stages. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Zaragoza (1989-1994), a period during which she collaborated with the Civil Law Department of said institution, and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law and International Tax Advisory (1994-1995). Her academic training is further complemented by the preparation for the public examinations to the Corps of Notaries, which provided her with a strong technical foundation in private law. She consistently participates in legal-practical forums and seminars on contract law, consumer and user protection, Foundations and Estates, European Union Institutions and Law, Inheritance Law, insolvency law, and procedural legislation.
